Frilford Heath proves worth the trek, and the Gold family take it
A longer run south to Oxfordshire, rewarded with a cracking green course and a one-point win.
Frilford Heath sits down in Oxfordshire, not far off the M40 but a fair trek for most of the membership, and the smaller field who made the trip were glad they did. The Green Course drew a firm "would definitely come here again" from those who played it.
Richard Gold, Daniel Singer, Gary Shipway and Joshua Gold took the honours on 87, a single point clear of Andrew Russell's four. Karl Garner picked up the best gross.
